Vendor Information & Application for Space

Space Costs: (50% Deposit required from all new vendors)

Inside Space: $30.00 per front foot.

Outside Space: $25.00 per front foot. Depth is limited to 12 feet in center aisles of independent midway.

Food/Concession fee is 20% of gross. ($100.00 deposit)

Important Times:

Exhibits and concessions must be in place by 4:00PM every day of the fair and must remain in place until 7:00PM the last night of the fair. (Please Note: If you cannot staff your booth during all operating hours of the fair, Do Not Apply for Space!) Operating hours are M-TH 4PM-11PM; F 4PM-Midnight; Sat 10AM-Midnight; and Sun 12:30PM-7PM.

Inside Booths:

Inside booths are composed of eight (8) foot high backwalls and three (3) foot high sidewalls of pipe and drapery material. Exhibit must not extend higher that eight (8) feet at the back. Additional decorating needs such as tables and chairs, etc. must be furnished be lessee.

Outside Booths:

Lessees on the independent midway will not be allowed to construct their booths or stands on-site. Any construction (except for stands made up of component parts) must be done prior to arrival to the fair. Unsightly, unpainted or shabbily decorated booths or stands will not be allowed. Fair management strongly encourages the use of trailer mounted stands in good condition. (Please note---loudspeakers in outside booths will be strictly controlled by fair management!)

Insurance:

Each vendor shall obtain and keep in force until completion of the fair, including clean up and tear down, a commercial general liability insurance contract with liability limits equal to or greater than $1,000,000 each occurrence. The contractor shall provide a certificate of insurance to Cobb County Fair Association evidencing such coverage. Such vendors shall name Cobb county Fair Association as an Additional Insured. If you currently do not have this coverage, you can be added to the fair's policy for $88.00 (see Insurance Request Form).

Sales Tax:

Lessee is responsible for all sales tax, fees and permits necessary to conduct business in Cobb County Georgia.

THE COBB COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY RESERVATION FORM SUBMITTED.
