Guidelines
THE COBB COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY RESERVATION FORM SUBMITTED.
Inside Space
Inside booths are composed of eight (8) foot high back walls and three (3) foot high sidewalls of pipe and drapery material. The exhibit must not extend higher than eight (8) feet at the back. Power is available, a standard booth is 10x10 - additional footage is sold in 5 ft. increments. Additional decorating needs such as tables and chairs, etc. must be furnished by the lessee.

Outside Space
Outside spaces are sold by the front foot, & depth is guaranteed at 10ft (additional depth available) - Any construction (except for stands made up of component parts) must be done prior to arrival to the fair. Power is available, a standard booth is 10x10 - additional footage is sold in 5 ft. increments.
Unsightly, unpainted or shabbily decorated booths or stands will not be allowed. Fair management strongly encourages the use of trailer mounted stands in good condition.
(Please note---loudspeakers in outside booths will be strictly controlled by fair management!)
The North Georgia State Fair is very excited to partner with Georgia Grown to create a "Georgia Grown Member Village" at the 2024 Fair! This market will provide an opportunity for Georgia Grown members to participate in the fair for a discounted rate. There will be limited space in the Georgia Grown Member Village (10-15 members) and the applications will still go through the same jury process. The Georgia Grown Member Village will be in a designated area branding Georgia Grown Members all in one location at the event, so in order to receive the discounted rate, you must be a current Georgia Grown member.
NOTE: Depth is limited to 12 feet in center aisles of independent midway. A 50% deposit is required from all new vendors. If you cannot staff your booth during all operating hours of the fair, Do Not Apply for Space!
Insurance
Each vendor shall obtain and keep in force until completion of the fair, including clean up and tear down, a commercial general liability insurance contract with liability limits equal to or greater than $1,000,000 each occurrence. The contractor shall provide a certificate of insurance to Cobb County Fair Association evidencing such coverage.
Such vendors shall name Cobb county Fair Association as an Additional Insured. If you currently do not have this coverage, you can be added to the fair's policy for $100.00 (see Insurance Request Form).
