North Georgia State Fair Vendor Information

Join us at one of the largest and most beloved events in Georgia! With over 350,000 attendees annually, the Superior Plumbing Presents North Georgia State Fair is an outstanding opportunity to showcase your products, services, and cuisine to a massive, enthusiastic audience.

Commercial Vendors

Indoor Space

Inside vendor booths include:

  • 8 ft. high back walls and 3 ft. high side walls (pipe and drape)

  • Standard size: 10x10 ft

  • Power available

  • Additional space sold in 5 ft. increments

  • Lessee must provide their own tables, chairs, and booth furnishing

Cost: $40 per front foot
Example: 10x10 booth = $400

Note: Exhibit displays must not exceed 8 feet in height at the back.

Outdoor Space

Outside booth spaces:

  • Sold by the front footage

  • Minimum depth: 10 ft (additional depth available upon request)

  • Power available

  • Any permanent construction must be completed before arrival

  • Trailer-mounted stands in good condition are encouraged

Cost: $35 per front foot
Example: 10x10 booth = $350

Note: Unpainted, shabbily decorated, or unsightly booths/stands will not be allowed.

Food & Non-Profit Food Vendors

For Profit Food

Join the excitement and serve up crowd favorites at one of Georgia’s largest and most beloved fairs. As a food vendor at the North Georgia State Fair, you’ll have the opportunity to reach thousands of hungry guests each day. From sweet treats and deep-fried classics to savory meals and refreshing drinks, our food vendor program is a key part of the fair experience.

We welcome both new and returning vendors who offer quality, fair-friendly menu items and can maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

 

Space is limited and highly competitive. All food vendors must meet local health department requirements and obtain necessary permits.

20% of Gross Sales less $100 Deposit

Non- Profit Food

We’re proud to offer a select number of food booth spaces to local non-profit organizations. This is a great opportunity to raise funds, promote your mission, and engage with the community — all while serving crowd-pleasing snacks or meals.

Non-profit food vendors must provide proof of 501(c)(3) status and follow all health and safety regulations. Space is limited and selection is based on product offerings, booth quality, and alignment with  community values.

$1,000 Flat Fee, includes 18x18 tent

Georgia Grown Member Village

Georgia Grown Member Space

We’re proud to continue our partnership with Georgia Grown to present the Georgia Grown Member Village at the 2025 North Georgia State Fair. This specially designated area will highlight the incredible products and craftsmanship of Georgia Grown members — all in one centralized, branded marketplace.

This opportunity is available exclusively to current Georgia Grown members at a discounted vendor rate. Space is limited to 10–15 members, and all participants will be selected through the standard jury process.

Vendors chosen for the Georgia Grown Member Village will benefit from premium visibility, co-branded signage, and the support of one of Georgia’s most recognized agricultural programs.

-To qualify, you must be an active Georgia Grown member at the time of application and during the fair.

Insurance & Sales Tax

Insurance Request Form

All vendors are required to carry commercial general liability insurance with coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, in effect through the full duration of the fair — including setup and teardown.

Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Cobb County Fair Association as an Additional Insured. This certificate must be submitted prior to participation.

If you do not currently carry this coverage, you may opt to be added to the fair’s insurance policy for a $100 fee.

Sales Tax

All vendors are responsible for complying with applicable state and local tax regulations. This includes collecting and remitting Georgia state sales tax, as well as obtaining any required business licenses or permits necessary to operate within Cobb County, Georgia.

It is the sole responsibility of the vendor (lessee) to ensure that all tax obligations are met and that proper documentation is maintained throughout the event.
